"I started working at Novo Engineers as a Marketing and Management intern last year. The atmosphere in the company was quite friendly. I got to learn a lot by working on brand names, logos, catalogues and various other projects. Initially, coming from a trading business, it was amazing to see the manufacturing industry and how the factories operates and functions. I also got the opportunity to first learn about lean manufacturing and six sigma techniques to ace the Microsoft softwares for different assignments and projects as well as accounting software BUSY in addition to implementation of lean production and six sigma techniques in the factories. All the employees were very friendly and performed their duties with utmost compassion and professionalism. I also learnt accounting and my experience has been quintessential towards my professional growth."
